Summary:Pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma is a rare benign neoplasm. Owing to the low incidence, its radiographic features on 18 F-FDG PET/MRI are not well-known. Herein, we described findings of pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma on 18 F-FDG PET/MRI in a 52-year-old woman. It showed moderate FDG uptake and hyperintensity signal on both T1WI and T2WI images.
