Summary:Plasmablastic lymphoma is an uncommon B-cell lymphoma representing <3% of all non-Hodgkin lymphoma associated with human immunodeficiency virus infection. It displays a distinctive affinity for extranodal presentation in the oral cavity. The case of a plasmablastic lymphoma present in the ovary, cervix and soft thigh tissues of a 27-year-old woman with human immunodeficiency infection is reported.
