Summary: | To report one case of metastatic paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma in a 14 years old patient, classified as stage IIb (IRSG).
After treatment with radical surgery (orchiectomy and lymphadenectomy), polychemotherapy and radiotherapy, showed good evolution initially.
12 months after surgery the patient is disease free.
Adjuvant treatment is very important in the prognosis of this kind of tumors. |
