Summary:We've studied morphofunctional peculiarities of 47 young sportsmen-rovers. 25.6% of the young sportsmen suffered from the 1st degree arterial hypertension and 8.5% had high--normal blood pressure. Profound clinical and dynamic checkup proved that in the group of rovers with high blood pressure the indices of arterial blood pressure compared to those of the group of sportsmen having normal blood pressure there is certain enlargement of ventriculus sinister cordis myocardium mass and deterioration of functional reserve.
