Summary:Clinical observations of patients with Churg-Strauss syndrome and cardiac disorders are reported. In one case, both myocardium and endocardium were affected. Severe cardiac insufficiency was the immediate cause of death in one patient. Another observation revealed a benign variant of the disease associated with exudative pericarditis. A review of domestic and foreign literature concerning cardiac pathology in patients with Churg-Strauss syndrome is presented.
