Summary:The investigations performed allowed the authors to make a conclusion that in female patients with pyo-inflammatory processes in the small pelvis organ-saving operations can be fulfilled in most cases, but the choice of surgical strategy and the volume of operative treatment in particular must depend on many factors: general state of the patients, spread of the infectious process, patient's age, realization of the reproductive function, parameters of intoxication, data of laparoscopic and ultrasonic examinations.
