Summary:People's style of lives, their diet and smoking and alcohol intaking are estimated to be cause of 80% of all malignant neoplasms. 736 secondary school students fulfilled a survey to assess their knowledge of neoplasmatic disease. The group was divided in two subsets. The first one were teenagers without a neoplasm in their family (511--69.4%), the other were with a neoplasmatic disease in the family (225--30.6%). The second group had the more complex knowledge of neoplasms. About 6% prefer other than conventional methods of cancer treatment. 1.5% find a neoplasm as an infectious disease. 20% of the teenagers do not know any possibilities of neoplasm prevention.
