Summary:The color stability of the composite filling material (Adaptabond-Hybrid) polished with different techniques -pumice-brush, sof-lex XT, adaptic polish-was tested by reflectance spectrophotometry. Samples were dipped in tea-coffee staining solution for the periods of 1, 2 or 4 weeks. All the samples were better than the group polimerized with celluloid matrix strip. No significant difference were found between the groups pumice-brush, sof-lex XT and adaptic polish for the periods 1, 2 and 4 weeks.
