Summary:Trophoblastic beta 1-glycoprotein preparations (TBG-1, TBG-2) isolated by different methods preserve their physicochemical and immunochemical properties. According to the data of disk-electrophoresis and densitometry TBG-1 preparation obtained using two-stage method is highly purified and protein yield is about 20%, while TBG-2 isolated by multi-stage method has a small number of admixture proteins.
