Summary:Two cases of bullous disease of the larynx are presented, one located in skin and mucosa and the other in larynx. Clinical history, diagnostic procedures, and therapy are discussed. The patients were re-evaluated periodically for 1 and 2 years, respectively, and they underwent periodic corticoid therapy. None of the severe complications described in the literature were observed in these patients.
