Summary:Inflammatory pseudotumor (IP) of the lung is a rare pathological entity and its ethiopatology is unknown. It is considered to be a benign lesion with an array of histologic appearances. Although, the pulmonary affection is the most frequent, any other organ can be involved. We report two cases de pulmonary IP, one of them endobronchial, and discuss the clinical and anatomopathological features and review the pertinent literature.
