Electromyographic study of the pharyngo-laryngeal muscles in Pickwick's disease (author's transl)

After a short recall of the Pickwick's disease. Authors study the obstructive Apnea phenomenon of the disease. Electromyographic record shows the disappearance of the muscular activity which is necessary to let open the aerian track. Tracheotomy avoid apnea without healing the disease.
