Summary:A study of the state of the humoral immunity in 36 SLE patients made it possible to detect an increase in the level of autoantibodies to type I collagen in comparison to the level of autoantibodies in healthy donors. It showed correlation with the activity of a process, its course, clinical signs of disease, progression of renal pathology and the levels of antinuclear factor and gamma globulins.
