Summary:The hypoxic syndrome as the basis of pathothenesis of the mine trauma was studied in experiments on rats. It is established that the latter determines sharp activation of the processes of lipid peroxidation and weakening of the basic components of antioxidant system of the organism with simultaneous accumulation of leucotrienes B4 in the blood plasma. Besides, the disbalance in the content of secondary messengers--cAMP an cGMP has been established.
