Summary:Acyl derivatives of crown esters containing amino acid derivatives as substitutes were studied. Derivatives of N-acylazacrown esters were found in experiments to display a broad spectrum of anticonvulsant activity, antiaggressive and tranquillizing effects and not to produce any sedative and myorelaxant actions. The profile of psychotropic activity of N-crown esters derivatives seems to be similar to that of atypic tranquillizers but the latters are less toxic.
