Summary:Pathomorphism of tuberculosis results in an increased frequency of forms simulating bronchial carcinoma. A specific bronchopulmonary lesion involving atelectasis of the upper lobe is reported. Since it occurs in middle-aged female patients and develops mostly in the left lung, the lesion should be regarded as a specific pseudotumorous form of pulmonary tuberculosis.
