Summary:The authors describe a new case of mandibular metastasis of a hepatome. They recall that these metastases indicate tumour and that they are generally haemorrhagic. Diagnosis is confirmed by means of biopsy, but the scanner or echotomography and angiography reveal the primary lesion. Investigation using marked technetium pyrophosphate is essential to screen for further osseous lesions.
