A propos of 3 cases of Richter's syndrome

Richter's syndrome is characterized by the association of malignant lymphoma with chronic lymphatic leukemia. Three new cases of this syndrome are reported and compared with those previously reported in the world literature. The relationship between the two lymphoid neoplasms is discussed.
