Summary:The paper pertains to a comparative study of the nervous system, cerebral and peripheral circulation in 83 patients with different clinical variants of myocardial infarctions during the first decade of the disease. There were no direct correlations between a decrease in the absolute figures of cerebral pulse repletion and the development of a cerebral stroke. However, the study demonstrated a distinct correlation between the development of cerebral stroke in patients with myocardial infarctions during the first decade and insufficiency of the compensatory intensity of blood repletion both in the cerebral and peripheral vascular basins.
