Summary:Gastrinoma is a rare malignant neuroendocrine neoplasia that results in autonomous gastrin secretion that stimulates hypersecretion of gastric acid, resulting in severe gastric and proximal small intestinal ulcerations. The principal clinical manifestation of gastrinoma is persistent vomiting. This report describes an uncommon manifestation of pancreatic gastrinoma in a dog.
