Gonococcal urethritis with bilateral tysonitis

A case of gonococcal urethritis with bilateral tysonitis is presented. Results of gram's stain and positive culture for Neisseria gonorrhoeae confirmed the diagnosis. The patient was treated successfully with aqueous procaine penicillin with probenecid followed by oral ampicillin for ten days.
