Spontaneous hemarthrosis associated with an exostosis of the talus

Hemarthrosis in the absence of a bleeding disorder or trauma is a rare occurrence. We report a case of spontaneous hemarthrosis of the ankle associated with an exostosis of the neck of the talus.
