Polypoid villous adenoma of the stomach. A case report

Clinical symptoms, endoscopic findings and radiographic features of a polypoid villous adenoma of the stomach are described. A working classificaiton of gastric epithelial polyps and a table of differential diagnoses are presented. The clinical significance of this lesion is discussed.
