Summary: | Abstract This article analyses the description offered by Omnem of the second and third years of law school after Justinians reform, and specifically the issue of the sequence in which de iudiciis y de rebus were taught. In particular, the description of the old legal curriculum and the sequence of titles of the Codex Iustinianus offer valuable clues, which contribute in turn to shed light on problems of legal education and systematization at the time of Justinian. Key Words De iudiciis - de rebus - partes digestorum - Omnem - legal education. |
