Summary:To be considered fit for use in clinical care, health data should meet quality requirements, and data generated in remote patient monitoring settings are not exempt. Since patients take part of the responsibility in ensuring the quality of data during their flow from patient to the clinical setting, the quality management of these data is of great importance. This study aims to systematically review the literature to understand the current situation of quality management of patient generated data in remote patient monitoring particularly in use of wearable medical devices.
