Summary:The learning objectives of Mechatronics study program include two main aspects; cognitive and performance, therefore the learning process must use adequate media to facilitate the achievement of the learning objectives. This research aim to produce a learning media, called Controller Circuit Simulator (CCS) which is proper as a media and effective for achieving Mechatronics learning objectives. Media development refers to the steps of Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, the steps include Analyze; Design; Development; Implementation; and Evaluation. The subject of feasibility and effectiveness test of this research project were 30 students of second term of the 2020/2021 UNJ Mechatronics study program. Data retrieval for feasibility is carried out by questionnaires, while to test the effectiveness of the product development result is carried out by tests. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The result of the research show: (1) product development media in the form of CCS can function properly; (2) the product feasibility level is 4,53 with the “very feasible” category according to the results of validation of the experts such as lectures and teachers; (3) students gave responses in the form of a rating as a user of 4,47 with the “very feasible” category; and the minimal score of the design and arrangement of the controller circuit is 70. normalized gain (G) mencapai 0,70. The learning process of mechatronics with the PBL learning method equipped with CCS media is very able to improve student learning outcomes because there is a process of constructivism in thinking, as well as behaviorism in a fun way of learning.
