Summary: | This research aims to know the effect of the use of Study History Sheet (SHS)-based LC-5E learning models on student learning outcomes in learning reduction oxidation (redox) reactions. The design of research used was a quasi-experimental with posttest only design. The research sample was grade X senior high school students that was determined using a cluster random sampling technique. The results showed that there is an effect of the use of SHS in learning outcomes of grade X senior high school students that is categorized very high criteria (correlation coefficient of 0.94). The average students learning achievement taught by SHS-based LC-5E learning model (86.4) is higher than that of taught by LC-5E learning model without SHS-based (82.7). It means that the use of the SHS-based LC-5 blended learning model can improve student learning outcomes in studying redox reactions. Future studies should utilise another subject to consider using this approach in teaching learning. |
