Summary: | In order to solve the problem of reliability evaluation of intelligent watt-hour meter in a typical environment of our country, according to the reliability operation data of smart meters in typical areas, the index system which takes the basic error of intelligent energy meter under various typical environmental as the evaluation index is established in this paper. In this paper, an improved grey relation analysis method is used to put forward a comprehensive evaluation model of the reliability of the intelligent energy meter in a typical environment. Finally, the evaluation model is used to evaluate the reliability of a single-phase intelligent watt-hour meter from three manufacturers in a typical environment. The evaluation results show that the evaluation model can be used for reference in the field of reliability evaluation of smart meters. |
