Based on the analysis of the microstructure, topography and composition of the buildupsBuildup, combined with simulation experiments, the mechanismMechanism of forming buildupsBuildup is discussed. The results show that buildupsBuildup experience the process from nucleating to growing-up, and buildupsBuildup are formed by nano liquid phase sintering (NLPS). Meanwhile, some countermeasures to reduce or prevent the formation of the buildupsBuildup are proposed. |
