Summary:Urachal carcinoma is a rare form of cancer. It often is diagnosed incidentally, like in our case report, because its cardinal symptom also occurs in a number of other urological diseases. We report the case of a 26-year-old man with a mucinous adenocarcinoma of the urachus. The carcinoma was removed via partial cystectomy with umbilical tumour excision.
