Summary:Ocular manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis are mainly dry eye syndrome, scleritis, and keratitis. The occurrence of corneal ulceration in the course of this disease is a rare complication but can lead to ocular perforation. We report the case of a woman followed for rheumatoid arthritis who presented a bilateral sterile paracentral ulcer that responded well to medical treatment.
