Summary: | Catastrophic antiphospolipid syndrome (CAPS) is extremely rare antiphospolipid syndrome (APS) variety associated to higher mortality. The patient died despite angiographic stents, anticoagulation, corticoids and plasmaphereses treatment carried out. |
