Summary:The application of integrated system of intelligent dispatch and centralized control in Hebei southern power grid is introduced. Based on IEC61970, taking the middleware CORBA based on the request of distributed public subject as the communication and integration framework, the open supporting platform based on CIM/CIS and constructed with real-time database integrates various application modules including SCADA, DTS, visualization dispatching system, intelligent dispatching system assisting decision-making and other applications. Solutions to the problems in application are presented. The monitoring of primary equipment in substation is integrated into EMS to improve safety performance of equipment operation. The solution of combining RTU static measurements, PMU dynamic data with the substation relay information could be adopted to increase the veracity of data source.
