Summary:As to the character of coal consumption of coal-burning units varying with running state, on condition that kinds of constraint of generating operation are contented, this paper presents an optimal dispatching model based on two-part electricity price cost under electricity market, in which accountant cost of power plant operation is considered. According to the feature of independent power producer and its actual running state, an improved dynamic programming method which reduces the combined conditions is adopted. Simulation is made using the above model on an actual power plant which adopts two-part electricity price cost. It is shown that the model can increase the operation rate of high-power generator and has a leading role in energy-saving, reducing pollutant emission and investment of highly-efficient equipment.
