Summary:This work is purposed on the development of a list of types of multi-apartment residential houses (further on MRH) to classify at least 95% MRH included in the regional overhaul programs of the common property of MRH in the automated information system “Zhilishchnaya Reforma” 2.0, and the formation of an address list of these apartment buildings indicating the types. The methods of statistical data collection and expert assessment method were applied. As a result of this study represents a table of criteria, designation and description of each group of apartment buildings, a table in which representative houses were identified in which overhaul were carried out and not carried out on the territory of 4 regions of the Russian Federation (including the Moscow region, Tula region, Nizhny Novgorod region and the Republic of Tatarstan); 8 main ciphers were also highlighted characterizing the type of MRH and the result is presented in table form. Conclusions: the results of the research and the prospects for further development of the study are presented. Ciphers were assigned to each MRH and types of apartment buildings were identified for which data were available for classification.
