Summary:Various technologies for microwave processing of materials require affordable radiation sources of moderate power of several hundred watts. In this case, important limitations are the requirements for minimizing X-ray radiation due to the high accelerating voltage, as well as the complexity, size, and cost of power supplies for gyrotron complexes. In this regard, the development of low-voltage gyrotron complexes based on shielded magnetic systems is topical, which is the subject of this work.
