Summary: | The experience of operation of agricultural machinery and equipment has shown that their reliability is limited mainly by the service life of parts subject to abrasive wear under high loads (plowshares, barons, tillers, etc.). Expenses for maintenance and repair of agricultural machines for a year make 50-80 % of their cost, in the total cost of machine-shift exceeds 35 %. This determines the high relevance of works aimed at improving the durability of agricultural machinery; of particular importance is the use of physical and mathematical modeling methods of friction and wear processes. Objectives of the work. Development of calculation methods for assessing the wear of parts of land-tilling working bodies of agricultural machinery in operating conditions. |
