Summary:Persistent low-level viremia during chronic hepatitis B therapy can promote drug-resistant mutations, liver fibrosis progression and even hepatocellular carcinoma occurrence, which further seriously affect the prognosis of patients. Herein, we hope to clarify and analyze the possible occurrence mechanisms and clinical outcomes of low-level viremia by sorting out the key points, so as to assist in the adjustment of individualized treatment plans and provide references for the diagnosis and treatment.
