Summary:Meckel's diverticulum is present in 2% of the population. Duplications of the alimentary tract are rare congenital malformations. The small bowel is the commonest site of alimentary tract duplication. They mimic other surgical diseases and may result in significant morbidity if left untreated. Pre-operative diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum is difficult. A case of duplication of Meckel's diverticulum is reported here.
