Summary: | High-frequency intravesical electroneurostimulation was made simultaneously with magnetophoresis of the mixture based on oxibutinin. Compared to effects of oral intake of oxibutinin, such method was two times more effective in relation to overactive bladder symptoms relief in shorter duration of the treatment and reduced side effects. Laser Doppler flowmetry discovered that the above combined treatment corrects microcirculation in bladder mucosa. |
