Summary:In this article, the mechanism of hand-foot syndrome (HFS) and its prevention and treatment measures with Chinese and modern medicine in recent years were reviewed. Although standard preventive and therapeutic program on HFS is still lack so far, both TCM and modern medicine have achieved certain effects in this aspect, which is of important significance for improving the quality of life and the effect of chemotherapy in patients with HFS.
