Rapid determination of oleanolic acid in tablets by HPLC

The HPLC analysis has been carried out by using the ultrasphere-ODS column and methanol-water as mobile phase. The lowest limit of determination is 0.4 microgram. The relative standard deviation of different sample concentrations is 2.41%.
