Summary:Two cases of well-differentiated angiosarcoma following radiotherapy together with an immunocytochemical and electron-microscopical study are reported. Both cases occurred in young females (16- and 22-yr-old respectively) who had been irradiated after birth for an "angiomatous" lesion.
