Summary:With the national attention and development of information technology, computer information technology products have been gradually integrated into and applied to our lives. With the rapid development of medical technology, computer information technology and medical imaging equipment, medical image three-dimensional reconstruction technology is widely used in clinical diagnosis, surgical simulation, anatomy, B-ultrasound and other medical fields. Therefore, three-dimensional reconstruction technology of medical image has important application value and significance in medicine. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to study the application technology of computer-based three-dimensional reconstruction of medical images. In this paper, interpolation method and sift algorithm are used to study the experiment, and the application of medical image 3D reconstruction technology is studied. The experimental results show that the image interpolation method and sift algorithm can improve the brightness continuity and visual effect of the sequence images, so the information in the images can be obtained better when observing the images in the experiment. The computer three-dimensional reconstruction technology has a very important role in the application of auxiliary medical images.
