Summary:This study examined the effect of organizational culture as a moderator on the relationship between human resources management practices and the knowledge economy in the Jordanian telecom company. The study applies the quantitative method using a Questionnaire survey as the research methodology. A total of 321 questionnaires were successfully collected. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Tool (AMOS). The results found that organizational culture (OC) positively partially moderates the effects of (Decentralization & Self-Managed Teams (DCSFT), Selective Hiring (SH)) on the knowledge economy in the Jordanian telecom company. However, organizational culture (OC) was found to negatively moderate the effect of compensation Policy (CP), Information Sharing (IS) Job Security (JS), and knowledge economy in the Jordanian telecom company.
