"Addressing the issues of complexity and cultural and human centredness in research" (Webster and Mertova 3), narrative inquiry has been applied to almost every discipline of the social sciences and humanities (Spector-Mersel 204, 205, 207). Given the limitations of traditional research methods for tackling issues such as "complexity, multiplicity of perspectives and human centredness" (Webster and Mertova 32), I would like to contribute to the diversification of academic research paradigms and the deeper understanding of human existence.
