Summary:Research and development of sand mould low pressure casting equipment and technology for two kinds of aluminum alloy components were introduced such as large thin-walled pressure-resistant aluminum alloy housing and subjected components for automobile. It is pointed out that the green, environmental-friendly and sustainable idea can promote the rise of new casting technology, and development of sand mould low pressure casting equipment and technology are driven obviously by the large direction of thin-walled pressure-resistant aluminum alloy housing and wide application of high strength aluminum alloy parts for automobile.
