Summary:The stoichiometric Ni(0.65)Zn(0.35)Sn(x)Fe(2-x)O(4)(x=0.00-0.08) power ferrites soft magnetic material was prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The structural characteristics and electromagnetic properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), SEM, LCR tester, B-H analyzer, respectively. The results indicate that with increasing Sn(4+) substitution amount, lattice constant a increases gradually, grain size varies not much, saturation magnetic flux density B(s) continuously decreases, initial permeability mu(i) of the ferrites increases initially and then decreases, and power loss P(cv) has an opposite change with mu(i).The power loss P(cv) has a minimum value when the Sn(4+) substitution amount is 0.04 and P(cv) decreases gradually when the temperature increases.
