Summary: | The basement of an existing building is located in the research laboratory that need improvement by placing the latest technology equipment, namely: TEM -- electron microscope, SEM -- electron microscope with variable pressure for different materials and AFM -- microscope spectrometer. For the functioning of the instruments are special requirements for temperature, humidity and air pressure, and for the TEM capable of measuring dimensions 10 m-9 m. Inside the laboratory was made an antiphon and antivibration enclosure with dimensions 4.17 m x 4.85 m plan and height of 2.90 m, equipped with special foundations with dimensions 0.08 m x 0.80 m x 0.60 m under the form of vat made of concrete. Inside of the vat is disposed ballast respectively reinforced concrete walls and floor completely isolated from the rest of the existing structure. The solutions for the foundation of the TEM machine presented has clear advantages in terms of technical measures versus classical individual foundations, rigid or elastic. |
