교통약자를 위한 모바일 버스 예약 시스템

최근 장애인, 고령자 등 일상생활에서 대중교통 사용에 불편을 느끼는 교통약자를 위한 저상버스의 보급이 확대되고 있다. 그러나 몸이 불편한 교통약자는 탑승 의사를 표현하기 어렵기 때문에, 무정차 통과 등의 문제로 여전히 대중교통 사용에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 모바일 버스 예약 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 교통약자와 버스 기사에게 배차시간 및 탑승 예약 정보를 실시간으로 제공하여 교통약자가 정류장에서 긴 시간 대기하는 것을 방지한다. 또한, 교통약자의 실시간 위치와 평균 이동 시간을 계산하여 탑승이 가능한 버스 정보를 제공한다. 제공된 버스 정보를 바탕으로 교통약자는 손쉽게 모바일로 탑승 예약이 가능하며, 버스 기사는 탑승 예약에 따라 교통약자에게 원활하고 안전하게 버스에 탑승할 수 있도록 서비스를 제공한다. 따라서 제안된 시스템은 교통약자에게 대중교통의 편의성과 접근성을 제공할 수 있다. Recently, the distribution of low-floor buses for the transportation vulnerable, such as the disabled and elderly, has increased.. However, since expressing their intention to board is difficult for the transportation vulnerable, they are still facing difficulty using public transportation owing to problems such as non-stop passes. To address this problem, we proposed a mobile bus reservation system in this study. The proposed system provides real-time dispatch time and boarding reservation information to the bus drivers and transportation vulnerable, preventing the transportation vulnerable from waiting for a long time at the stop. In addition, bus information is provided to the transportation vulnerable by calculating the real-time location and average travel time. Based on the provided bus information, the transportation vulnerable can easily reserve boarding on mobile, and the bus driver provides services to the transportation vulnerable to ensure that they can board the bus smoothly and safely according to the boarding reservation. Thus, the mobile bus reservation system can provide convenience and accessibility of public transportation to the transportation vulnerable. KCI Citation Count: 0
